Important: The transfer will only proceed if domain access and control can be verified. Email services will remain unchanged unless explicitly requested. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent the transfer. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the domain owner and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please make sure you have AnyDesk downloaded to your laptop or PC so that Riaan can assist in setting up the email address. This process involves systems that may not be fully documented or accessible. Any delays or issues that arise from missing access, incorrect information, or third-party systems are outside of my control and will require resolution from your side where applicable. The domain will be transferred to my dedicated server environment at Xneelo. This means I will manage the domain, DNS, and hosting layer after transfer. Any external services (such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or third-party platforms) will remain under their respective providers unless changes are explicitly requested.
